25 for 2025: Create a List of All the Things

I like this idea which I found on the Happiness Podcast with Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth. You think of 25 things you want to achieve in 2025.

Big or small, you set the rules.

It’s a good idea to check on them throughout the year.

Then in December 2025, you can look back to see how many you achieved.

If you’re like me, at first you’ll have trouble thinking of 25 things, but after you get started you find you have too many. I had to edit my list.

What’s the Point?

  • I think it’s a good idea to reflect on what you want to achieve. You can think about the big picture.
  • Some of these things would have been done anyway, but some of the items on my list are things I’ve wanted to do for years. So if this list helps me get them done, hoorah!
  • I often forget the things I want to do. This should be great tool to help me.
  • It’ll be fun to assess how much I get done at the end of the year. Often I forget the cool stuff I’ve done throughout the year (I’m beginning to see a pattern here. Not to self: stop forgetting things).

Here’s my list:

  1. Swim in the Olympic Pool
  2. Swim in Hampstead Heath’s Outdoor…
